How the ARMS Protection Plan Works
You can rest easy by following these four easy steps:

1. Find a good real estate agent to list your home or find you a new home and sign your real estate contract.
2. Within 24 hours of signing the contract to buy or sell a home, purchase the ARMS Protection Plan from Radon-Ease.
3. Test your home at your convenience, as many times as you wish, with a contractor listed by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) or the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB). The first test uses passive devices provided by Radon-Ease with the assistance of your Radon-Ease testing consultant.
4. If your radon levels are high, call Radon-Ease. We’ll arrange for a NEHA or NRSB approved contractor to correct your home. It usually takes about 30 days from the identification of a radon problem to complete remediation.
